Cookie Policy

Poslední aktualizace · 2026-04-19

This document describes the cookies and similar technologies used by advancedrd.eu and how you can manage them. Processing complies with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the ePrivacy directive.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They remember your choices, secure your session, or measure traffic. Similar functionality can be achieved via localStorage or pixel tags — for simplicity we refer to all of them as "cookies".

2. Categories of cookies we use

Necessary cookies

Required for the site to function — session security, CSRF protection, language preference, consent state. Without them the site cannot run; legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1) (f) GDPR).

Analytics cookies

Used for anonymous measurement of traffic and user behaviour — which pages are most visited, how long users stay, etc. Data is aggregated and does not allow identification of individuals. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Marketing cookies

Used to personalise ads and measure their effectiveness, including retargeting. May be processed together with third parties (ad networks). We do not share your name, email or other directly identifying data. Legal basis is your consent.

Preference cookies

Remember your choices for a better experience — language, theme, recently opened sections. Legal basis is your consent.

3. How to give, change or withdraw consent

On your first visit you will see a banner with Accept all, Reject all and Customize options. Your choice is stored in localStorage and respected while it remains valid. You can change or withdraw consent at any time — the same dialog will open.

If you want to delete cookies manually you can do so in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Please note that deleting necessary cookies may cause some features to behave unexpectedly.

4. Retention

  • Necessary cookies — until end of session or up to 12 months depending on type.
  • Analytics cookies — up to 13 months, then automatically expire.
  • Marketing cookies — up to 6 months depending on the ad network provider.
  • Preference cookies — typically 12 months.

5. Transfer to third parties

If you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, data may be processed by our processors (analytics provider, ad network). We have data processing agreements with each and only share data in aggregated or pseudonymised form. The full list of processors is available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (uoou.cz in the Czech Republic).
